The CMOS sensor chip comes with an 18.5 X 18.5 μm pixel size and 1.92 Megapixels (1600 X 1200), coupled with a 6μm FOP to improve the image resolution and to prevent the X-Ray radiation for the CMOS chip and peripheral circuit so as to increase the product's durability.
The HR GOS scintillator used effectively balances the output sensitivity and the resolution.
